MisterChick is not capable to directly backup the emails of your Hotmail.
To be able to recover your Hotmail, it is imperatively necessary to use Outlook 2003 or 2007, then you must install "Outlook Connector" tool given on the MisterChick CD ROM in the "Tools" folder.
