Spare clause of property
The delivered goods remain the property of DELCREA society up to the complete payment of price.

All prices pointed out in the catalogue are prices T.T.C. to which must be added expenses of expedition. The mode of regulations is: Cheque, payment by bank card, transfer or Paypal in order; the DELCREA society reserves the right to accept another method of payment.

DELCREA society reserves the right to change its products without notice. The DELCREA society declines any responsibility for possible errors of description or of price.

Expenses of expedition
The sum of expenses of expedition is calculated in comparison with the number of box DVD appearing in order. Dispatch in underground France only

The delivery time IN FRANCE is 3 - 5 working days (depending on Post office).
Products travel at risks and dangers of the addressee. It is up to the Client to undertake the checks on usage during the reception of the goods.

Right of retraction
DELCREA society does not grant extra time of retraction on sold software because we give a code at the same time licence official who releases software functionality definitely.

Case of force majeure
None of the parts will have failed in his commitments when the execution of those ci will have been postponed, been hindered, been prevented by a fortuitous case of force majeure.
In an express way are considered to be cases of force majeure or fortuitous cases, besides those who are habitually kept by the case law of courts and of French courts: the blockage of the means of transport, earthquake, fires, storms, inundations, lightning, the stopping of communications networks or difficulties peculiar to networks of external communications to the clients.

Place of jurisdiction
The place of execution and the court of the place of execution are in Versailles (France).

Right in force
The present general terms are subjected to French law.
